110 cum laude per la studentessa palestinese del Libano
All’Università Statale di Milano il 16 aprile 2026 corona i suoi studi la studentessa palestinese del campo di Ein el Hilweh che i nostri Soci e amici hanno sostenuto per i due anni di Magistrale.
La laurea in “Cambiamenti climatici e sostenibilità ambientale” si conclude con l’illustrazione della tesi assegnata che ha catturato il corpo docenti e la sala degli intervenuti sia per i contenuti che per l’esposizione. Il 110 e lode, unico della giornata, è stato accolto dalla sala con una esplosione di gioia e battimani.
Il successo di Jana, proposta dal nostro partner locale Beit Atfal Assumoud, è la conferma delle eccellenze tra gli studenti palestinesi del Libano che raggiungono questi risultati nonostante che per loro lo studio sia non un diritto ma un aiuto umanitario!

On the 16th April 2026 at the public university of Milan, the Palestinian student from Ein el Hilweh camp, who our members have supported in her two years of postgraduate studies, achieved the crowning glory of her academic career.
Her degree in ‘Climate Change and Environmental Sustainability’ concluded with the presentation of her thesis, which captivated the teaching body and the hall of participants, both for the content and its delivery. The maximum grade of 110 with distinction, the only one of that day, was greeted with an eruption of joyous applause.
Jana’s success – she was put forward by our local partner Beit Atfal Assomoud – is the confirmation of the excellence of the Palestinian students from Lebanon, who achieve these results despite the fact that for them study is not a right but a consequence of humanitarian aid.
